I just bought a new moen kitchen faucet, no kinks in the lines, and i checked the aerator. I disconnected the lines to check the pressure from the lines, it is strong at that point which leads me to think it is the faucet or something getting caught in the faucet and restricting flow, but [...]
there is a rubber gasket between the sink and the trap.It went bad. i need to replace it, but cannot get the metal threaded piece off. Any advice or tools?
Is the heat safe for the PVC pipes and joints?
My RO system is 9 years old. The storage tank had worked well and provides plenty drinking water at the faucet until recently. It now gives only 5 oz water before the pressure diminish to zero and no water flows out. I have replaced the filter cartridges yearly. What’s wrong?
This is only a problem in the kitchen sink. The bathroom faucets are fine. There is good pressure in the hot side but the cold has probably 1/4 of the amount of water as the hot faucet. Any idea what my problem could be?

We live in an older house, and the faucet (lever that controls the flow of the water) popped off…So now we have a small metal piece in the bearing ball to turn the water on and off with…Could I fix this easily or should I pay a plumber? Thanks
